…Indeed our words will remain lifeless, barren, devoid of any passion, until we die as a result of these words, whereupon our words will suddenly spring to life and live on amongst the hearts that are dead, bringing them back to life as well..
When My servants ask you about Me, say that I am near. I respond to the call of one who calls, whenever he calls to Me: let them, then, respond to Me, and believe in Me, so that they may be rightly guided. (Quran 2:186)
اللهم كما جعلتنا من أمه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم دون أن نسألك، فلا تحرمنا صُحبته يوم القيامة ونحن نسألك
O Allah, like You have made us part of the nation of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, without asking You, then do not forbid us his companionship on the Day of Judgment when we are asking You.
Verily the one who recites the Qur’an beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, he will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels. And as for the one who recites with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have twice that reward.
